If you can muscle your way past the language and a few flourishes of presentation, the meat of this commentary by British reporter Jonathan Pie is worth the effort. He breaks down exactly why Donald Trump just shocked the world and snatched the presidency from the entitled grasp of Hillary Clinton.
Not everyone that voted for Trump is a sexist or a racist. How many times does the vote not have to go our way before we realize that our argument isn't won by hurling labels and insults?... When will we learn that the key is discussion? If you are unwilling to discuss, then you are creating the conditions in which Donald Trump and people like him can thrive.

Well, the last of the holdouts have been called, as we wave goodbye to 2016 and look to the future under President-elect Donald J. Trump. New Hampshire, Arizona, and Michigan were the last remaining states to call in their vote counts. Clinton won the Granite State (4 votes), while Trump took the lead in Michigan (16 votes) and Arizona (11 votes). Regardless, without these states, Trump was able to clinch 279 votes, which won him the presidency.
The guy is a leftist jacks ass but he at least respects others opinions. What he is saying is Political Correctness in now backfiring against the left.

I have yet to hear a pundit, including Rush Limbaugh, concede that the reason Trump supporters like Trump is his campaign issues.
It was not mentioned on Fox News Sunday, as the pundits were trying to detect where and how they had gotten it all wrong.
It simply never occurs to them, or they refuse to admit to it because of its ramifications: Trump won because of his campaign issues and his leadership ability to get the message across.

Hurling insults and invective worked great for a while, but now it appears the game has changed and it’s nice that this man acknowledges that reality. The problem for him and his brethren is that if discussion worked then Liberal Radio would be more popular. In other words, discussion is the answer, but when you have a losing argument, it still doesn’t help them. Insults are all they have and I expect them to keep coming in a desperate attempt to stop the train from moving forward. It’ll probably even get worse....unfortunately.
