bugs me so many FRs keep speaking as if we did not vote for Trump but instead voted for a puppet.

The Chris Christie association doesn’t make sense. He wouldn’t condemn the Ground Zero Mosque. He supports amnesty, wouldn’t sign on to repeal Obamacare etc.

Christie was tasked with preparing for the transition, and Trump is simply unimpressed with his handling of his responsibilities.
As far as Levin is concerned, he is irrelevant. Personally, I, and I’m certain, Trump have no respect or trust for anyone once nevertrump.
Sounds logical to me. Saw a story saying Christie lost his position on transition team because he was trying to stack appointments with his preferences. Trump will only hire the best people he can find...not political hacks.

Christie was loyal and a good advisor on getting elected - but at this point, with Bridge-gate, he’s baggage.
“Drain the swamp” means Trump needs straight-arrow competent conservatives like Pence, Guiliani, Sessions, and Gowdy.
