Pleasant as it is to contemplate throwing every one of these thugs in prison for a long, long time, I suspect that the surest way to crush the Left is to starve it of funds.

I think it will take about 3 seconds for the staunchest, most liberal city council to cave in.
There only other option will be to have massive tax increases AND a decrease in services.
For those of us who remember the Reagan years, that was one thing that stood out. The left survives on public grants, tax-exempt "charities" that are short on charity, and no-show patronage jobs. Take those away, they have to work like the rest of us who are supporting them, and they become either conservative or homeless.
