(COREY SIPKIN/NEW YORK DAILY NEWS) A record number of anguished calls flooded suicide prevention hotlines just before and after Donald Trump secured his shocking presidential victory.
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline received 660 calls between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. Wednesday 2½ times the average.
It clearly is and was an indication that theres a lot of anxiety and fear around the election, director John Draper told the Daily News.
The hotline often receives an uptick in calls during major events like natural disasters or even elections.

IMO...any caller to the help-line, who *happens* to be as registered gun holder, should have their firearm[s] confiscated, for their own good, of course.

I think it’s awesome. Suicide sure beats them going to Canada and being an obnoxious bunch of ***holes up there. The Canadians never did anything to deserve that.

We are raising a generation of people who cant deal with reality. Nobody is going to pamper them like Mommy and the University. They honestly dont know what to do. Nobody ever said NO before.
Its so unfair!
That's no lie. I know a 30-somthing that was raised like this by his liberal parents and counts on the liberal culture,(big gov't, the media, entertainment industry, academia, etc.) for all his information. He is such a mess but he really didn't have much of a chance with all that going against him.
