Yep. And add patent reform to the list as well, especially drug patents.

Saw a news piece last night, re: seniors (>65) on drugs, and they claimed the average senior takes 5 different medications per day.
The guy they interviewed took 12 meds a day. Probably doing more harm that good, not to mention cost.
