Hardly. Both Canada and Mexico have said that they are open to discussions, just like the Democrats have said they are open to working with President Trump. But don't expect either country to willing renegotiate a worse deal for themselves.
I’m of the opinion that the biggest problem with our trade deals is that we don’t enforce them, like so many of our other laws. A strictly policed approach to what we have now would be a good starting point for negotiations.
