when it goes well for them they love the system, you cant change it, people have spoken, suck it up, mandate, deal’with it, etc.
when it doesnt, they riot, they attack people, they fake attacks on themselves because we dont attack/riot so they have to fake it, they set up crying zones and safe spaces and cant work the next day because there’s not enough space at their desk for them to go fetal, scream at how whatever spot it was, it was supposed to be their guy/gals’ seat, the system needs to be changed because their person didn’t win, etc.
