Well, his foreign policy was designed for much more than to merely hurt America's allies; it was designed to hurt America. Unfortunately, nothing can undo some of the damage; The billions Obama gave to Iran can't be retrieved. That money is already at work financing attacks on the free world and undermining our interest.
