I wonder as well.
Shut off their EBT (foodstamp) machines ? Close their ports due to a Federal holiday for Customs and TSA workers ? Stop SS and Medicare payments to anyone within the zip codes ? Remove accreditation from universities and deny all Federal financial aid and student loans for the students ?
Or does “Federal Funding” mean something more limited like highway funds that won’t be immediately felt ?
