Oh good...still talking about what Mr. Trump “needs” to do, I see.
The Founding States made the federal Constitution to deliberately limit (cripple) the federal governments powers. And Constitution-savvy patriots now need to get constitutionally low-information Trump up to speed with the idea that a bunch of the powers that the federal government now exercises are actually 10th Amendment-protected state powers that the corrupt feds have stolen from the states.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
In fact, military issues aside, note that one of the very few powers that the states have actually expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds to regulate an aspect of domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service (1.8.7). So you can bet that most federal domestic policy outside the scope of the Mail Service is based on stolen state powers and be right most of the time.
Patriots need to have Trump to do an inventory of stolen state powers and let the states decide what powers that they dont want the feds to have and amend the Constitution to give the feds the powers that the states are okay with the feds having.
