the Clintons and Obama have violated federal laws big time and they want Trump to guarantee that he will not seek to prosecute them if the Obama administration plays nice in the transition and does not make the transition difficult like the Clinton administration did to the Bush Administration

So, if Trump agrees not to pursue Hill and Obama legally (emailgate IRS gate, Benghazigate, etc etc), Obama agrees not to burn the cities down? Hmmmm..... I do agree that Obama is in charge of the protests.
