Any first pardon should go to Sheriff Joe Arpaio!

Obama/Lynch had been hounding him for years.

He endorsed Trump right from the very beginning and was with him all 7 times Trump came to AZ. And with Pence here twice.

Sheriff Joe has been fighting the border fight for decades!!
