This may be favoritsim, but I truly think a group of outgoing conservatives would be much more cordial or at least civil, even to their ideological opposites.

Then again, conservatives deal in rational thought, professionalism and deeply held principles, not emotions and emotional reactions.

Emotional reactions seem to be the main "transparency" of the outgoing administration.
