Yes, but CONGRESS is authorized to create Federal courts. The ability to dilute Hussein’s appointees exists. If they dare.
That needs to be investigated and utilized, Congress’s power to regulate the courts.
Here’s a nuclear option that I’ve entertained:
Reorganize the federal courts so that the existing courts (and judges) have jurisdiction only over speeding on federal highways.
Then set up new courts (with new judges) for everything else.
That way you don’t run into any problem about cancelling lifetime appointments.
Expensive but worth it!
