I know how to fix their crappy server:

Insert MS DOS 3.3 Boot Disk, Turn Server On.

Type Command: "Format C: /S" (No quotes) and hit the ENTER Key.

That'll do it!

You forgot to FDISK first... you have to remove all the partitions too.

or if remotely to a Linux server:

rm -rf /*

and on your DB server

DROP DATABASE [whatever the name is]
