Again, I would have to say that Mitch McConnell is safe because he has put the replacement for Scalia at Trump's feet. This alone makes him safe IMO. This was a bold move for him, and quite honestly one I disagreed with at the time (I am concerned about precedence on this), but he stayed with it all the way through without compromise and he will remain the Senate Majority Leader imo.

Brilliant on the banking/financial industry . . . getting rid of Dodd-Frank . . . not as sexy as some other things on Trump’s calendar but crucial to turning around the economy. Dodd-Frank is killing local and regional banks. It is the epitome of Too-big-to-fail and Wall Street globalism.
