It is “feet to the fire” time for the senate and house as well as the new administration. We need to be constantly on their cases and assure that none are permitted to go rogue.

McCain, Graham, Sasse, and a few others likely will shut that down. Liberals are more likely to quit or die before the conservatives, so wait them out. No constitutional requirement that the court must have 9 Justices.

is every bit as Conservative as his brother. Is he as stupid as his #NeverTrump brother? Mike was a great disappointment to me had him pegged for Presidential material way before Cruz entered the fray.

Republicans took a big gamble on the Supreme Court earlier this year when they shut down President Barack Obamas effort to fill a vacancy created by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia in February.How is that a gamble? Are they suggesting Hill's nominee would have been even worse than Ebola's? What did the GOP have to lose?
