In Oakland, more than 100 protesters took to downtown streets. Local media reported that protesters burned Trump in effigy, smashed windows of the Oakland Tribune newsroom and set tires and trash on fire.

Last night I heard heavy helicopter presence from about 11:45 p.m. to 12:45 a.m.

I made a point of NOT checking the news all day yesterday, and I was praying constantly from sunup through my visit to my polling place to bedtime.

When I heard the helicopters late last night, I knew Trump must have won, because only thugs protest like that when things don't go their way.

So happy and so grateful to God for the good news this morning.
