Anyone who's followed Donald J. Trump on Twitter will know that he has an explosive temper - which might be a bit of a worry when he commands the world's second-biggest nuclear arsenal.
But could he really unleash nuclear holocaust if he was a bit annoyed?
He genuinely could - so quickly, in fact, that devastation would reach the other side of the globe quicker than most of us could order a pizza to our doors.
If Donald Trump were to give the order to attack, no one can countermand it - the military will simply check the codes, and fire.
Officers may resign, but the attack would still go ahead.

Everyone knows that the one who launches a nuke sets a whole kennel of ferocious dogs loose to chew the whole world. Only the Iranians and progressives want that scale of carnage.
And Hitlery Clintoon is Mrs. Cool, Calm and Collected?
LOL! Exactly. That’s the only “deal” the Iranians need to know.
Id prefer a limited nuclear war to a true American Civil War.
President-Elect Trump knows that the odds on his Trump Towers surviving the response to him deciding to start a Nuclear War are about zero. So if anyone thinks he’s going to do something really stupid like that is either crazy or ignorant.
I got to imagine that the Secret Service personnel are high-fiving themselves now on just what happened. Clinton is notorious for being a difficult person for them to work with. And Trump has got to be fun for them. Last night it looked like Trump wanted to reach out and hug all the agents and publicly call them out by name to give them very public praise. He’d probably do it except its totally against protocol (due to how the Secret Service needs to do their job effectively) to do so publicly.
Good Grief, these people on the left are utter MORONS.
"How Easily Could President Obama Order A Nuclear Attack?"
Me neither.
It begins. The crazy is going to come pour forth.
Get ready to hear about a homeless problem of absolutely massive proportions.
Can’t believe the article didn’t also say, “Women and children hardest hit.”
This article is as provocative as the ones constantly insisting the Russians are going to attack and there’ll be an attack by AQ or whatever on election eve.
Trump being crass and tough in his campaign talks don’t mean he will or would order to push the button in reality any more than Hillary, or W. or Reagan would have, unless under extreme circumstances, or if gone insane.
Both Trump personally and the U.S. have major global economic interests. No one wins a nuclear war, especially against another major nuclear armed country.
Am glad Hillary didn’t win, and Trump & his administration have 4 whole years to walk the talk. They have been given the opportunity to differentiate themselves from “the elite & establishment”. Judge by actions, not words (no excuses). That’s my motto.
