Who is they? I hope this isn’t happening again. Networks were calling for Gore while panhandle was still voting. Networks try to dampen conservative panhandle momentum.

Fox reporting on Florida with polls open. Not calling it but should not be showing vote totals yet.
As far as Florida reporting...he means they are showing vote counts, when the polls haven’t closed on the western side of the state. Not that they are calling Florida for a candidate.
