About 20 minutes ago the state site showed Broward with a 766,719 voter turnout with counting going on.
Now Broward reports an 810,671 voter turnout.
Thing keep moving in Broward as usual.
Now its increased to a 820,603 voter turnout.
How under any circumstances could this be happening?
