Hillary’s counties seem to be reporting much faster than usual and building an early lead. Look for sleeper counties that have not reported.
Those numbers are with Pittsburgh and Philly starting to report.
Philadelphia County and Allegheny County delivered a boatload of votes to Hillary early in the evening. That’s why PA remained Blue most of the night.
