Mitchell said the big cities in NC have been counted. Rural areas have not as yet. I don’t know how true that is but I sure hope so. Mitchell has been relatively good so far.

NC doesn’t have huge cities. Many small and midsize cities town. I wouldn’t call Raleigh or Charlotte large. They are growing but not big—Like here in AZ—nearly eveyone lives in Phoenix or Tucson. Not so in NC.
