NEWS FLASH: Senator Tim Kaine seen hitchhiking back to Virginia. Currently on the Staten Island Expressway, he’s headed towards I-95 in New Jersey. Wearing a suit with a loosened tie, Kaine is using a discarded campaign sign with a red arrow to show the direction he’s headed. No one has offered him a ride as of yet.
