I’m waiting for my absentee ballot in one of the key PA counties. It was supposedly sent out Nov. 2 But I haven’t received it yet. I have until Nov. 15 to return it once I get it.
I’d be at the Board of Elections tomorrow. You should have a locally mailed ballot by now if it was mailed the 2nd. You may even want to go to the polls tonight and cast a provisional ballot.
