Yep. That’s why Democrats are so interested in “mandatory registration.” That would mean vast numbers of blank ballots belonging to no-shows would be available to the fraudsters.
Motor Voter laws did the same thing... all democrats need are ‘names on the roles’...
This type of fraud’s easy to stop: seed voter roles with names of people who have NEVER EXISTED. When those names show up as ‘people who voted’ you’ve got the criminal democrats dead to rights...
