Heaviest turnout I've seen since moving up here some time ago.

We're voting to keep Scott Garrett up here! 740am vote 136!

Cars were parking along the perimeter of the municipal polling place! Parking lot was a mess.

Stay optimistic. Not all Dem voters are for Hillary.

Went in about 10:00 AM and it was slow, I had to wait for 2 people in front of me. I was number 331. Heavily Republican town and county here in Mount Olive, Morris County.

Interesting anecdote. There was a disabled man about 50, who had a walker and a Trump t-shirt. After he was done voting the poll worker started harassing him for electioneering. He had a few words to say to her about his rights, but she couldn’t let it go. She kept following him out the building reminding him of the law, pointing to the electioneering signs, etc. Next thing he’s cursing at her and they call the cops who wind up pulling him over down the street. Really ridiculous. The poll worker was technically right, but sometimes you have to use judgement. The place was dead and he was disabled. The police probably booked him on a disorderly persons charge. Of course, if he took classified info into the booth that would be ok....

Mansfield Township - Burlington County

HEAVY turnout this morning at 7:15am. Took me about 15 minutes to get to table & be assigned a booth. As I was leaving, traffic had already begun to increase by 10x the amount I encountered coming in. EVERYONE I know in the area is mostly voting Trump by 8 to 10 odds...

NJ could have been in play. I have seen next to no Hillary signs and I travlwl all over state. 2008 and 2012 had Obama signs everywhere. Smattering of Trump signs. Most people I know that will vote for Trump are very quiet about it but they way outnumber the Hillary voters I know.

Delran Twp. Burlington County.
About a 60-40 Dem/Rep ratio.
Voted at 6:30am, no line and was only the 6th person to vote.
Later I had work at several homes in Medford & Shamong Twp’s which are heavily Republican but sparsely populated. They all had voted and said that there were lines and heavier turnout that past elections.

I voted at 8:30 this morning(small town in Atlantic County - polls opened at 7)They have three lines to sign in, my line was S-Z, and I was number 61. Both other lines were about the same.

I went shopping and drove past three different polling stations, all of them packed.

The most recent poll done by the local university had Trump winning South Jersey including Camden.

Voted in Monmouth County thirty minutes ago - steady stream of people coming in and out. Ran into a friend bringing his daughter to vote for the first time but he was there in the morning and said it was a 60 minute wait - something I have never seen or heard of at our polling place.

On the way home I switched over to WFAN when Rush went to a commercial and Mike Fransayso was discussing how important Trump's concession speech needs to be tonight. This ass is never right about anything and come tomorrow will deny the conversation ever took place.

Here's the twist: New Jersey is one of 11 states (that include California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, plus D.C.) that award all of their Electoral Votes to the winner of the Popular Vote. For more info, check here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Popular_Vote_Interstate_Compact

Note that most (all?) of those states are Blue/Democratic (which is how that weird law got passed in those places anyway). They didn't want Bush/Gore to happen again.

However, what happens if Trump gets the Popular Vote? Then, ALL of those states (not just New Jersey) would turn Red/Republican. Imagine if extra votes in Texas ended up helping to flip New Jersey. Wouldn't that be something? That would more than make up for losing any Battleground state.

So, if you really want Trump to win New Jersey (and those others), he needs to get the Popular Vote. That means everywhere. It's up to everyone in both Blue and Red states. Don't think you don't have to vote because your state is already determined, one way or the other. The more votes that Trump gets altogether, the more likely he'll win the whole thing.

So, what do you say, Freepers? Are you ready to Freep the vote (and tell everyone you know that their vote really does mean more than they think)?

Glen Ridge (northern NJ) here. Small town that was conservative at one time. Then NYC commuters moved in, and changed it.

But I have never seen lines as I did today. We voted mid afternoon, and the towns 3 districts were in one room. All districts had lines, and when it was my turn, there were about 9 behind me. I never miss any voting, and never saw this before.

Yes— there are those 2 Yes/No questions, but I saw a lot of people with canes, a wheel chair, and a walker. I don’t think it was the 2 questions that brought those people to vote as much as the prez candidates.

Scott Garrett’s district is about 1/2 mile from where I live.

I have Frelinghuysen, one of the biggest slugs in Congress. If you look in the dictionary under the phrase “Go-along-to-get-along,” his picture is there.

Pray Garrett wins his race, too.

GO TRUMP!!!

Sussex county, Vernon here.

This is the biggest turnout I’ve ever seen. I heard the poll people mentioning that they’ve never seen it like this either.

We are an EXTREMELY red area. We are as red as any red county in a red state. People came out and are still coming out after they get home from work.

No time for self-pity or gloating. Too much work to be done.

Let’s Make America Great Again!
