I find this VERY difficult to believe...for you see, when I was a Commissioned officer, I was able, by virtue of my COmmissioned officer status, to act as a Notary..all I needed was a freakin stamp!

Believe it. It happened. It's conveniently forgotten by the Dem when the claimed Florida was "stolen." I believe the Republicans would have won that lawsuit and those military ballots would have counted.

The other thing the Dems leave out is all the MSM media banded together and hired one of the big national accounting firms to simulate a recount. They did FOIA requests for all Florida ballots. They recounted it every way both campaigns had asked for and every time Bush won. That was on the front page of the Sunday New York Times but you'll never find a Dem who remembers reading it.

BTW, I was a commissioned officer too and if I could notarize documents I didn't know about it and no one ever asked me to do it.
