Sam...that is exactly what they did, surrounding Trump hotel, for the Thanksgiving Day parade!! We saw concrete trucks surrounding the hotel...from every avenue!!

Here is one video I took today near Trump Tower. I believe I just missed Trump's motorcade as he was coming back from voting. I will upload many more later tonight. Busy afternoon at work. If I have time, I'll walk back over there and take more video.
