He’s mistaken about “Government” being the source for “common goods.”

In the founding era the family and church provided common goods (food and shelter) and education (homeschooling, private schooling), not the state.

The community organized the “militia”, free men armed with guns. (I’d love the State to provide me with an M16/M4, but that’s a “common good” the anti-gun, fascists expressly prohibit — hypocrits).

We expect one system of law and justice, where all men are EQUAL before the law. But in his communist/fascist world, some are MORE EQUAL than others. He ignores the limits of the Constitutional authority. Clinton is documented ignoring information security laws, RICO laws, obstruction of justice laws.

Brazen tyranny.

Too many communist constitutions have the phrase “equal before the law”. It is something to watch out for.
Citizens of the USSR are equal before the law, without distinction of origin, social or property status, race or nationality, sex, education, language, attitude to religion, type and nature of occupation, domicile, or other status.

1977 USSR constitution, Article 36

All persons holding the nationality of the People’s Republic of China are citizens of the People’s Republic of China. All citizens of the People’s Republic of China are equal before the law. Every citizen enjoys the rights and at the same time must perform the duties prescribed by the Constitution and the law.

PRC constitution, Article 33
  1. All citizens are equal before the law.
  2. No one shall be discriminated against based on his or her political, civic, economic, cultural or social life.
Socialist Republic of Vietnam constitution, Article 16
Big difference between their notion of what is “equal” and the notion of liberty and justice for all.
