I am in the process of refinancing my house.. or selling it.
Tomorrow, if hillary wins, I sell. The people I’ve talked to in refinancing, say there is a lot of selling going on because of what they fear is going to happen. Selling because taxes will go up.. regulations laid on us... and the market falls like it did a few years ago and our homes will lose value. Right now I have 100,000 equity in my home... I don’t want to lose it.
If hillary wins, I also will feel like living in another country... but won’t.. it would just kill me to see hillary as President... The news is not comforting tonight.. and am so nervous about tomorrow.. it’s so important to me!
I’m with ya there junk. Same situation. Gonna get it on the market asap, buy an RV and go mobile.
But if Trump wins tomorrow won’t the housing market collapse from millions of people leaving the country as they promised? :-)
