If he wins FL and NH and the 2EV from Maine that gives him the 270. NV is just gravy.
Not unless you also add in at least one of CO, NM, etc.
I live in Maine CD2.
If Trump wins this congressional district but loses the First CD and the statewide popular vote, he gets just 1 electoral vote.
If he wins the statewide vote, loses CD1 but wins CD2, Trump would receive 3 electoral votes.
If the entire state is called for Trump, Trump will do VERY well across the country.
