I thought about this tonight. When he threw his hat in, they discounted him. When he started running, they discounted him. When he was moving past many of those contending, they discounted him. I remember them saying over and over that he’d never get to 1238? or whatever the number was.
All along, he’s been discounted, looked down on, dismissed. Not once did he have any of the elite behind him, saying he could do this. Why would it be any different now? He’s always pulled it out of the hat, leaving the media and elites at a loss for words.
