I watched AND listened to her specch and agree it seemed a desperate plea for turnout. Especially ‘black’ turnout.
Sh had odd inflections and pauses in her speech, but saw no evidence of physical difficulty.
Hope she’s upset from seeing bad polling for her.
I wish her a nice, long retirement, watching all of the TV she wants, preferably in a cell.
