I am a nihilist. The facts of “good person” and of “good result” are unrelated; activities produce conclusions, and if we are not hampered by ignorance or illusion, we can often find out what those are. Imagine all the horrible deaths people experienced before they learned to defecate away from their water supply.

What sophism... of course there are judgments of good and bad involved in things like this.
There are people who are warped enough that they would want to come down with horrid diseases.
