I think this is a political statement in response to blowback from the Dems that Comey is trying to influence the election. The investigation has not ended as far as I know.

The story says no change with regard to HRC’s use of a private server. It says nothing about the Clinton Foundation investigation. Nor does it say anything about the rumored NYPD sex crimes investigation.
I don’t think that this really changes the very stinky optic that Hillary has to many, many voters now.
Anyone else think this was the plan all along?
Now the Democrats can run out and say, “The FBI has cleared her TWICE.”
This close to election day, I am not sure how much it matters, but it will definitely reassure a lot of her wavering supporters. Oh well, as I said on another thread, I have always expected the Dems to steal this one one way or another.
I was hoping I was wrong, but when Dick Morris called it for Trump, something like this became inevitable.

So Comey sends Weiner off to a Dude Ranch, Huma goes to a fundraiser and gets a boatload of money, Cher doesn’t bother to interview the maid and the he clears her. Unbelievable. It was only a stall tactic to delay the release of the deleted emails.
