I think he just wanted to CYA on Oct 28th cause the news of the Weiner laptop emails would leak out otherwise. He is part of the Lynch apparatus and nothing has changed. Some have correctly predicted that after that Oct 28th announcement they were going to speed-warrant and speed-review to “clear her” on these by the day prior to the election. I’m not surprised one bit on this news...The only way for justice to be served is for Trump to win and new DOJ leadership and independent prosecutor.
