While the First Amendment would provide some protection, if any of them have signed a classfied info NDA with the federal government at some point in the past, he/she could be prosecuted on that basis.
It seems as if Huma, Carlos, Huma’s family and friends, Carlos Danger’s many online friends, (half?) a dozen foreign governments, the CIA, Hillary’s maid, the FBI, the NSA, the congress, the NYPD, some computer company in Colorado, Hillary, Bill, and Chelsea, some Romanian farmer, just about anybody who has a computer and wants them have these emails, classified or not. Do any of these people have clearance? They don’t have enough jail cells to put away everybody who has access to these emails.
