I more read it that Hillary was telling Huma to string along the Benghazi guys who were under fire, so they wouldn't appeal directly to the military or the President for help and go around her.
So her betrayal is profound - Hillary betrayed everyone, the guys on the ground, the military and the President. All of them, deliberately, and said "the longer the better" while our men were fighting for their lives.
