Yeah, mine too. I'd like to see the alleged report, with the 28 emails. Depending on how they were sent, we might be able to determine authenticity.

I don't think it's the Clintons. There's no upside to this -- it plants the idea that the Russians broke into her server and spread them far and wide. That is literally a nightmare scenario for her, and even the suggestion is toxic.
I think it's more likely to be click-bait by Radar Online. Jim Hoft (Gateway Pundit) is already using it to drive traffic to his site, but I bypassed it and went to the source.
Radar Online is a celebrity news site, so it's hard to take them seriously for something of this magnitude. But, it is certainly an interesting story.
