This by definition rules out “religious experience” — it’s like saying sea water can’t slake thirst, therefore no water can.
Also, Wikipedia by nature is very lefty biased. The lefties are going to say there is no cure, in the interest of normalizing it eventually playing on people’s misguided pity.
Perhaps they are studying the wrong thing. Science can’t study the heart of a man. And to say a man cannot change, is to write the Bible off as fiction, Jesus lied, and we are all dead in our sins.
