Facts are facts. If you or I had State docs of any classification in our macs or PCs, we'd be arrested immediately. Period. No wiggle room. No, “I didn't know.”

BTW, please tell me, how could Weiner download these files? Wasn't it a crime for them to be anywhere but on secure State controlled computers? How could any employee at State take these docs home, ever?

Again, the fact Huma was Not arrested toute suite is a violation of common law.

A relative lost her clerk job in the CIA back in the day for two infractions discovered in the same security search. She forgot to change to a new typewriter ribbon at the end of the day, and a random piece of paper was found stuck over the back of her top drawer. The old ribbon could be analyzed by a spy, character by character. The paper was not classified, but you never know when you’ll trap one in your drawer at another time.
