That is freaking brutal. Tampa 10am is Reno 7am.
Wilmington to Reno is a minimum 7 hour flight at full speed.

Flying at 500 mph and crossing 2-3 “earlier” time zones would not take that long... 2,300 miles in a straight line and 2,800 miles by car, so flying might cover 2,550 miles on a great circle route (curvature of the earth). Guessing 5 hours in flight, and a couple more hours taken off for the time zone differentials, with regards to the individual rally start times on each end. Make sense?
