No... Riley was a young man of 19 who passed away. His parents said Riley was Trump’s biggest fan .... Trump invited the parents on the stage and the mother gave a wonderful, heartfelt little speech.
It ended with a big bear hug from Trump who said “let’s dedicate tonight to Riley”. The crowd cheered.
