The senator from Virginia spoke entirely in Spanish for about half an hour to a small crowd in a largely Hispanic area of Phoenix. That was the only way he could draw more than twenty people. And two thirds of them probably didn't even know who he was, other than a white dude promising free stuff. :)

Did he use a TelePrompTer? He’ll, I can read Spanish all day. And I have been told I have an total lack of English accent. Of course the town I grew up in was about half Spanish. I heard it spoken daily the first couple decades of my life. Don’t ask me anything beyond where is the bathroom, though because I know how to suggest you do something terrible to your mother.
