He would only be recognized as a citizen if he or his parents applied for recognition.
We have seen his Canadian birth certificate.
We have seen nothing that indicates when he applied for recognition as a US citizen.
Do you think the King of Thailand was eligible to be the US President?
He was born in Cambridge MA.

He’s certainly not eligible now since he is dead. However in certain jurisdictions he can still vote!

You demonstrate no understanding of out laws, and constitution.

There is no need to apply for “recognition” unless they remain out of the US for more than 10 years.

The Cruz family returned before he was four years old.

Cruz has demonstrated vastly more loyalty to this country than anyone that has sought that office in the last 4 presidential elections.

He is the only candidate out of that cadre that has done anything significant to protect our sovereignty, and he has done much.
