Soros has helped her by campaigning (using his money) for crooked Secs of State in various states.
They are the ones that can fix elections most effectively it seems.
Trump still needs a good buffer—maybe down to about 10% from 20—in order to counter the millions of motor voter illegal non-citizen voters and the ACORN votes as they sign people up and cast their ballots for dems.
Here’s the way it works:
Democrats pay for votes in the 100% Dem areas of cities. So Hillary pays for votes in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh for votes in PA. The numbers are pulled very late to see how many votes they need to win. That’s why urban areas always come in last, long after rural areas. What they try to avoid is ultra high numbers at those precincts because it raises their chances of randomly voting for someone who can’t vote (dead, invalid, changed precincts).
In Virginia, it will Norfolk and Richmond. In NC, Charlotte and Raleigh.
This election will require millions of dollars. Some of the bribes go to “urban radio stations” and some to “Citizens groups” that “get out the vote”. That gets converted to cash for the Precinct captains.
