Let’s get this straight. The Clinton foundation was acting as a shadow government in exile waiting to come to power in 2016. It’s a crooked crime Organization that should be charged with violating all Rico statutes.
We need to keep referring to this is a shadow government in exile. Set up to undermine and conspire against the American people it’s been in existence for close to 15 years or more
There are two Americas. Clinton foundation America and what Obama has left us.

The GOP gained control of the House in 2010. Only a simply majority of the House is required to impeach.
If the Senate fails a two-thirds majority to convict, then the onus is on them.

She’s not going to be impeached. You need 2/3 of the Senate to remove a President, so there is no point in doing so unless the GOP controls 2/3 of the Senate. Yes and no. Strictly speaking, to impeach only means to formally accuse. It doesn't necessarily lead to being removed from office. Bill Clinton is an example of that.
But you are right that that part would require 2/3 of the Senate.

Hillary can pardon herself.....everyone loses if she wins. Not for impeachable offenses. Article 2, Section 2 "...and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.

There is a difference between impeachment and removal from office. Slick was impeached. He was not removed.
