The news article sounds ill worded. ADF is furnishing, pro bono, services worth that much. Whether it raises funds from donors to buy them, or its house attorneys donate them, is of no matter to the florist.
ADF rightly sees this as a signal civil rights issue. As long as it gives glory to God, it’s doing exactly the right thing.
