If you want an accurate comparison you have to do it by age and county. There can be significant price differences even in state. I live in downstate Illinois and premiums for a 60 year old are a couple hundred per month more than in the Chicago area.
Interesting. Providers in places like Effingham or Carbondale charge more? Or the people are less healthy?

I also wonder where these news outlets get their figures, such as 45% and 51% increases in IL (from a somewhat lib outlet.) The words “up to” were left out?
